Note that the several sites maintained by Physicians for a National Health Program (PNHP) have been included because they are well-maintained and include valuable information for our visitors. The perspective of that organization, however, is that a national single-payer health insurance program is required to fix the current problems. This is not the view of the Ad Hoc Committee to Defend Healthcare. We our engaged in a dialogue about possible solutions. Nonetheless, the single-payer solution is favored by many of our members and falls within the range of possible solutions that would be consistent with our principles. We would gladly include links to additional news and opinion from additional perspectives also falling within the breadth of our principles.
